Pony FX is the next generation desktop spirometer developed for pulmonary function screening. Built into this all-in-one unit are an alphanumeric keyboard and a colour LCD display, which allow easy access to all functions and immediate visual analysis in a standalone device. An integrated printer produces high quality reports in few seconds. The Pony FX has internal memory, which can store many patients/tests and comes with a powerful and user-friendly PC software for data management. Real time test results are possible when the device is connected to PC via a USB port. Built-in quality control messages (ATS/ERS guidelines) are displayed for all spirometry tests. Pony FX is available with either a Turbine flowmeter or a multiuse Pneumotach (X9). Available options include: pulse oximetry (SpO2), airway resistance (Rocc) and respiratory mechanics (MIP/MEP).
